Features, file-size limits, usage allowances, and plan benefits may change over time. Availability can vary depending on the tool and technical requirements.
You must be legally permitted to use the service and provide accurate information when registering an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity carried out through your account, subject to applicable law.

You retain whatever rights you hold in the documents you upload. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process those documents.
You are responsible for reviewing generated output before relying on, sharing, publishing, or submitting it. Conversion, compression, OCR, and other processing may affect formatting, accuracy, or document content.
Do not use PDFRoof as your only copy of an important document. Download your results and maintain your own backups.
PDFRoof may offer free features and paid subscription plans. Prices, billing periods, usage limits, and included features will be shown on the applicable pricing page or checkout screen.
Paid features are subject to successful payment confirmation and any stated plan conditions. We may update future pricing or plan features as permitted by applicable law. Any changes to an existing paid subscription will be handled in accordance with the applicable terms and legal requirements.
Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider such as Razorpay. Payment processing may be subject to that provider's terms and policies.
Applicable price, billing frequency, taxes, renewal conditions, and any cancellation or refund terms should be reviewed before completing a purchase.
Refund requests and payment disputes can be submitted through our Contact Us page. Refund eligibility will be assessed under the published refund policy and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
We aim to provide a useful and reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, technical issues, network conditions, security incidents, or third-party service interruptions may affect availability.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable legal obligations.
The PDFRoof website, branding, original design, and other materials we own are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.
You may not copy, misuse, or commercially exploit protected PDFRoof materials without permission, except where permitted by law.
PDFRoof may rely on third-party hosting, payment, infrastructure, or other services. Their services may be subject to separate terms, availability limitations, and privacy policies.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PDFRoof is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that every file will be processed successfully or that generated output will meet every user's requirements.
You should independently verify the accuracy, integrity, and suitability of processed documents, especially documents used for legal, financial, medical, regulatory, or other important purposes.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PDFRoof will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
